We process your data strictly to operate, maintain, and enhance the Mr Hazir Platform:

Account Creation & Verification: To set up, manage, and authenticate your user account.
Order Fulfillment & Matching: To assign verified service technicians based on availability and proximity.
Facilitating Communication: To share your booking address and phone number with the assigned technician so they can reach your location and communicate arrival times.
Gender-Specific Service Routing: To ensure female-oriented services (such as female salon or personal grooming services) are routed only to female service providers.
Payment & Invoicing: To record completed bookings, facilitate digital payments, and maintain transaction logs.
Customer Support: To investigate complaints, process service warranty or reservice claims, and resolve disputes.

Mr Hazir does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. We share data only under the following circumstances:

With Service Providers (Technicians): Once an order is confirmed, we share the customer’s name, phone number, and service address with the assigned service provider strictly for the purpose of completing the job.
With Third-Party Service Providers: We work with trusted technology partners (cloud hosting providers, SMS gateway operators, and payment gateways) who process data strictly under confidentiality agreements.
Legal Compliance & Safety: We may disclose your information if required by applicable Pakistani law, court order, or governmental authority, or to investigate theft, fraud, or damage occurring during service delivery.
